After a prolonged delay of over a year, edtech giant Byju’s is set to file its FY22 results this week. The company, which initially aimed for a September release, cited the completion of the audit for all group subsidiaries as the reason for the delay. Byju’s spokesperson noted that the parent company, Think and Learn Private Ltd, is expected to adopt consolidated results, taking into account positive developments within the firm. Byju’s posted a consolidated loss of Rs 4,589 crore in FY21, with a revenue of Rs 2,428 crore. The filing delay prompted the exit of auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells earlier this year.
