Indian edtech giant Byju’s has revealed a restructuring of its businesses, leading to the resignation of three top executives. The restructuring involves consolidating four verticals into two key areas, namely K-10 and Exam Prep. Ramesh Karra and Jitesh Shah have been appointed to lead these verticals. Mukut Deepak, Pratyusha Agarwal, and Himanshu Bajaj are departing as part of this reorganization. This development follows recent changes within the company, including the hiring of Richard Lobo and the addition of Rajnish Kumar and TV Mohandas Pai to the Advisory Council. Byju’s has faced a series of challenges, including valuation cuts and legal battles, over the past year.
