Dalvir Suri, co-founder of Dunzo, has exited the Reliance-backed delivery firm amid ongoing financial challenges, including a liquidity crisis and struggles to raise funds. Dunzo CEO Kabeer Biswas announced Suri’s departure and revealed plans for an organization-wide restructuring starting this quarter. Suri, with over six years at Dunzo, played a key role in building new lines of business. The company is undergoing changes to address its business structure, while its B2B vertical, Dunzo Merchant Services (DMS), will be led by capable leadership following Suri’s exit. This development follows Dunzo’s recent delays in salary payments and a series of layoffs.
