Usha has supported the government’s proposal to bid for hosting the 2036 Olympics. Usha expressed confidence that India could win double-digit medals in the Paris Olympics and emphasized the need for the country to bid for the 2036 Olympics. She highlighted the government’s support for Indian sports and the interest of the Prime Minister in the country’s athletic achievements. The IOA president believes that India’s success at the Paris Olympics could strengthen its bid to host the Olympics.
