Gurugram-based realty firm Signature Global saw a 6% increase in net debt, reaching Rs 1,160 crore in the last fiscal year, primarily due to land acquisitions for housing projects. Despite this, sales bookings more than doubled to Rs 7,270 crore, exceeding the previous year’s Rs 3,430 crore. The company sold 1,008 luxury homes in Gurugram, surpassing its Rs 4,500 crore target. Sales units reached 4,619, with area sales rising to 6.18 million square feet, reflecting a significant increase in average sales realization to Rs 11,762 per square foot. Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal expressed confidence in robust growth, focusing on mid-income and premium segments. Signature Global, listed in September 2023, continues to expand through land acquisitions and joint development agreements, targeting significant revenue potential in coming years.
