Naresh Krishnaswamy assumes the role of CEO at Zomato and Tata Digital-backed fitness startup Cultfit, succeeding cofounder Mukesh Bansal, who moves to the chairman position. Krishnaswamy, previously head of fitness services, has been leading operations since Bansal’s transition to Tata Digital. While Bansal remains involved in strategic matters, daily operations are overseen by Krishnaswamy. Bansal is also gearing up for a new fashion startup with Zomato cofounder Mohit Gupta. Cultfit, aiming for IPO in two years, saw revenue triple in FY23. Meanwhile, its cloud kitchen division, Curefoods, operates independently under Ankit Nagori.
