Vodafone Idea, the telecom service provider, reported a net loss of Rs 7,674 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2024, compared to Rs 6,418.9 crore in the same period last year. Despite the widened loss, the company’s revenue from operations increased slightly to Rs 10,606 crore from Rs 10,531 crore in the previous fiscal quarter. The company’s EBITDA also saw a modest increase to Rs 4,336 crore. Vodafone Idea’s CEO, Akshaya Moondra, highlighted the company’s consecutive growth in annual revenue and EBITDA, along with improvements in average revenue per user (ARPU) and 4G subscribers over several quarters.
