The Delhi High Court has issued notice to the National Testing Agency (NTA) in response to four petitions filed by NEET-UG 2024 candidates. Grievances include alleged paper leaks, anomalies in questions, and arbitrary awarding of grace/compensatory marks. Justice Neena Bansal Krishna’s vacation Bench, echoing the Supreme Court, declined to stay the counselling process, scheduling further hearing for July 5. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta indicated NTA’s intention to consolidate similar pleas from multiple High Courts in the Supreme Court via a transfer petition to avoid conflicting judgments.
