Filed between June 1 and June 12 via the ministry’s Samandhan portal, these complaints seek reinstatement based on claims of unfair and unethical termination practices. Some employees allege they were coerced into resigning under pressure from management. While the exact number of complaints isn’t disclosed, reports suggest around 50 complaints have been lodged, supported by documents like emails and official records.
