India’s leading pizza chain, Domino’s, is set to revamp its outlets to enhance the dine-in experience, anticipating increased competition in the value-for-money pizza market. With a current focus on delivery, the company aims to attract more dine-in customers by making its stores more comfortable and premium. The new format, ACE 2.0, has already been introduced in 33 locations, featuring upgraded furniture, colorful counters, and private seating arrangements. Domino’s move comes as Pizza Hut, its major competitor in India, announces plans to enter the value-for-money segment, intensifying the competition in the pizza industry.
