A report submitted by former Supreme Court Judge Justice L. Nageswara Rao, appointed by the Supreme Court to address issues in the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA), has highlighted multiple irregularities and corruption within the association. These include instances of overcharging by a travel agent, unexplained expenses for international trips, discrepancies in catering invoices, payments made to selectors and coaches without supporting documentation, dual charges for the same services, and unrecorded revenue from renting club facilities. The report also points out issues with medical expense reimbursements, unreasonable demands for complimentary tickets, and problems with awarding contracts for fire-fighting equipment and other services.
