Following a massive bombardment in Kyiv and intensified aerial attacks on both sides, Crimea and two Russian regions neighboring Ukraine experienced another wave of attacks, according to local officials. The governor of the Belgorod region reported two attacks, maintaining tension in the area. Russian air defense claimed to have destroyed six missiles over Belgorod, where infrastructure damage and power cuts were reported. In the Kursk region to the north of Belgorod, an aerial attack caused similar issues. Sevastopol in Crimea reported a downed missile with no damage reported.
