Jindal Advanced Materials, a composite materials manufacturer, is set to invest approximately Rs 1,000 crore in establishing its first manufacturing plant in south India. The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tamil Nadu government for the project, which will cover 250 acres in Trichy and span seven years. This strategic investment is expected to create around 3,000 job opportunities. The move aims to enhance customer service in the region, leveraging Tamil Nadu’s infrastructure and Trichy’s port proximity for improved trade prospects.
