The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has granted an air operator’s certificate to Goa-based Just Udo Aviation Pvt Ltd, paving the way for the launch of its airline Fly91. With regulatory approvals secured, Fly91, led by CEO Manoj Chacko, aims to begin commercial operations imminently after receiving its first ATR 72-600 aircraft. The airline, allocated routes under the UDAN scheme, plans to connect underserved destinations like Sindhudurg, Jalgaon, Nanded, and Agatti. Fly91 aims to expand its network to 50 cities within five years, focusing on short-haul segments and bolstering last-mile connectivity. Supported by industry veterans like Harsha Raghavan, Fly91 is poised to fill gaps in India’s aviation landscape.
