Anarock Group, a real estate consultancy, witnessed a significant 36% rise in revenue to Rs 566 crore in the previous fiscal year, up from Rs 416 crore in 2022-23. Chairman Anuj Puri attributes this growth to the thriving residential market, fueled by increased demand from a younger demographic opting to buy homes. The company’s various business verticals, including housing brokerage, retail, and advisory services, contributed to this growth. With plans to triple revenue by 2026-27 and expand into new markets, Anarock remains optimistic about future prospects, supported by technology advancements and strategic investments.
