A two-day exhibition titled “Art Against Cancer,” concluded on Saturday, showcased artworks from leading Indian art schools to raise awareness about bladder cancer. Organized by HCG Foundation, Swasti Gallery, and HCG Cancer Hospitals as part of Bladder Cancer Awareness Month, the event featured diverse artistic interpretations supporting the fight against this prevalent and challenging cancer. Oncologist Shekar Patil emphasized the importance of recognizing symptoms like changes in urine color for early detection and successful treatment. The exhibition leveraged art’s unique ability to convey complex emotions, aiming to educate the public and foster community support.
