Real estate giant DLF aims to launch properties worth nearly Rs 80,000 crore over the next 3-4 years, capitalizing on increasing demand for housing and commercial ventures. In the last fiscal year, DLF achieved sales of Rs 15,000 crore, set to surpass that in the current fiscal based on strong bookings. The company targets 10 million square feet in the next financial year with a revenue potential of Rs 32,000 crore, identifying an additional 22 million square feet for 2024-25 with an estimated revenue of Rs 46,850 crore. Primarily focusing on luxury and ultra-luxury residential segments, DLF plans key launches in Gurugram, Chennai, Goa, and Mumbai.
