The Ministry of Education has formed a high-level committee, led by former ISRO chief K Radhakrishnan, to enhance the transparency, security, and fairness of exams conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The seven-member panel, including experts like Hyderabad University Vice-Chancellor Professor B J Rao and former AIIMS Delhi director Randeep Guleria, will provide recommendations on improving exam processes and data security protocols. The committee’s report is due within two months. Concurrently, the CBI is investigating the UGC-NET paper leak, questioning a suspect in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh.
