EET Fuels has named Rob Wallace as CEO of EET Hydrogen Power, part of Essar Energy Transition’s (EET) low-carbon initiatives. With 25 years of experience in the energy sector, including roles at Shell and Centrica, Wallace will oversee the development of EET’s hydrogen-ready combined heat and power plant (CHP) at Stanlow refinery in the UK. The CHP plant is pivotal to EET’s goal of establishing an energy transition hub in the North West, contributing to emissions reduction and fuel switching capabilities. Wallace’s appointment underscores EET’s commitment to innovation and decarbonization in the UK.
