The FBI is offering a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to the arrest of Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel, wanted for allegedly killing his wife Palak Patel in 2015. Patel, on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, is charged with first-degree murder and other offenses. Investigators believe Patel killed his wife at a doughnut shop in Maryland and fled. Patel, considered armed and dangerous, is last known to be in Newark, New Jersey. The motive remains unclear, but investigators suspect Patel opposed his wife’s desire to return to India.
