Flipkart, one of India’s major e-commerce platforms, plans to generate over 100,000 seasonal job opportunities across various supply chains to meet increased demand during the festive season. These roles will encompass both direct and indirect positions, including local Kirana delivery partners, women, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) to foster a diverse talent pool in the supply chain. These job opportunities will be available in areas such as fulfilment centres, delivery hubs, and sortation centres, with a focus on enhancing logistics support for delivery partners. The expansion aims to accommodate the anticipated demands during “The Big Billion Days,” a significant event in Flipkart’s calendar.
