Godrej & Boyce aims to invest Rs 40 crore over the next three years to expand its distribution footprint for consumer brands in tier-II and tier-III cities, doubling its presence to over 400 towns by FY27. The investment will primarily focus on store expansion and renovation, with an annual allocation of Rs 10-15 crore. The company targets 15-20% annual revenue growth, with the expansion forming part of its broader initiatives. While expansion activities will be both company and channel-driven, the emphasis remains on market-specific product portfolios and innovative solutions tailored to regional consumer needs, according to Executive Director Anil G Verma.
