Despite starting in third place, their impressive second-half effort propelled them to a close second, finishing just 2.84 seconds behind China. The team, consisting of Neeraj, Naresh Kalwaniya, Neetish Kumar, Charanjeet Singh, Jaswinder Singh, Bheem Singh, Punit Kumar, and Ashish, added India’s third rowing medal at the 19th Asian Games. Earlier, Lekh Ram and Babu Lal Yadav claimed a bronze in the Men’s Pair Final, while Arjun Lal Jat and Arvind Singh secured silver in the men’s rowing lightweight double sculls, bolstering India’s rowing success at the event.
