The Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) achieved unprecedented one-day sales, selling 16.5 lakh litres of curd and 51 lakh litres of milk, boosted by soaring temperatures and recent festivals. Additionally, the production of milk surged by five lakh litres this summer. Flavoured milk and ice cream sales also rose alongside the scorching heat and festive occasions, according to KMF’s managing director M.K. Jagadish.
