Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal accused the BJP of launching āoperation jhaduā to dismantle the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) due to its growing influence. Speaking before a protest march to the BJP headquarters, Kejriwal alleged that BJP aims to arrest AAP leaders, freeze its bank accounts, and evict the party from its office. This follows the arrest of Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar, which AAP claims was orchestrated to defame the party. Kejriwal challenged PM Modi to arrest AAP leaders en masse. Despite heavy police barricades, AAP leaders conducted a peaceful sit-in near the BJP office.
