Larsen and Toubro Technology Services (LTTS) has partnered with NVIDIA to develop software-defined architectures for medical devices, focusing on endoscopy. The collaboration aims to address challenges related to the availability, cost, and dependencies of custom and proprietary hardware components in the medical industry. The scalable platform supports multiple applications, offering real-time decision-making tools for medical professionals. The architecture includes AI/ML models for the detection and classification of polyps found during colonoscopies. Leveraging NVIDIA Holoscan and NVIDIA IGX Orin platforms, the collaboration aims to enhance image quality and support AI-based decision-making in medical imaging.
