E-commerce marketplace Meesho has declared its third consecutive annual ‘Reset and Recharge’ break for employees, providing a 9-day hiatus from November 11-19. This initiative is part of Meesho’s comprehensive wellness program, MeeCARE. Following the Meesho Mega Blockbuster Sale, which saw 1.6 crore new app installs from October 6-15, the break allows employees to unplug and immerse themselves in festivities. Meesho recently revamped its parental policies, offering financial aid, extended leave, and other provisions to support the well-being of its workforce. Chief Human Resources Officer Ashish Kumar Singh highlighted the positive impact on employees’ mental well-being and overall work satisfaction.
