A devastating crash on an Ohio highway involving a Pioneer Trails charter bus carrying high school students and a semitruck resulted in six fatalities and 18 injuries. The chain-reaction crash, which included five vehicles and at least three that caught fire, occurred on I-70 in Licking County. Among the deceased were three bus passengers and three occupants of another vehicle. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine expressed condolences, calling it a “worst nightmare.” The cause of the crash is under investigation, with a National Transportation Safety Board team en route to assess the scene.
