Ola Electric has announced price reductions for its S1 X electric scooter, with cuts ranging from Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 depending on the variant. The revised prices now start from Rs 69,999 for the 2kWh battery variant. Ola aims to enhance its competitiveness in India’s EV market, where it faces competition from Ather Energy, Bajaj Chetak, TVS, and Vida. Ather’s models range from Rs 1,09,999 to Rs 1,55,000, while Bajaj Chetak offers variants priced between Rs 1,23,000 and Rs 1,47,000. TVS iQube models are priced at Rs 1,37,000 and Rs 1,46,000, while Vida’s offerings start from Rs 1,20,000 up to Rs 1,50,000 for its V1 Pro model.
