Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a two-day trip to Assam starting February 3, where he will meet the BJP’s state core committee and unveil developmental projects worth nearly ₹11,600 crore. The PM is expected to address a public meeting on Sunday and lay foundation stones for various projects, including the Kamakhya temple corridor, a six-lane road in Guwahati, the upgradation of Nehru Stadium, and more. The projects cover areas like healthcare, sports, infrastructure, and roads, totaling an investment of ₹11,599 crore, jointly funded by the state and central governments.
