Reliance Jio, India’s largest telecom provider, recorded a significant 11.7% year-on-year increase in consolidated net income, reaching Rs 5,583 crore for the March quarter. The company also saw a notable 11% rise in revenue from operations, amounting to Rs 25,959 crore. Standalone net income rose by 13% to Rs 5,337 crore. For the full fiscal year, net profit surged to Rs 20,466 crore, up by 12.7%, with revenue reaching Rs 1,00,119 crore, up by 10.2%. Despite a flat sequential average revenue per user (ARPU) at Rs 181.7, the company’s 5G base surpassed 100 million, indicating strong performance and customer engagement, according to Akash Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Jio Infocomm.
