Russia has seen a significant reduction in gasoline exports by rail during the first half of April, attributed to an export ban implemented in March. The ban, effective for six months, excludes certain countries and a Moscow-led economic union. In March, gasoline exports dropped by half compared to February. Drone strikes from Ukraine have further impacted fuel production, with rail supplies in April totaling 65,553 tons, a portion of which was delivered to Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. Seaborne oil product exports also declined in March due to refinery maintenance and the export ban.
