SBI Card, a leading NBFC, disclosed a notable 11% surge in net profit to Rs 662 crore for the quarter ending March 2024, up from Rs 596 crore in the same period last year. Total revenue also saw a commendable 14% rise to Rs 4,475 crore. Interest income notably increased by 28% to Rs 2,139 crore in Q4FY24. For the fiscal year 2023-24, the profit after tax (PAT) escalated by 7% to Rs 2,408 crore. The company’s balance sheet size reached Rs 58,171 crore by March 31, 2024, up from Rs 45,546 crore in the previous fiscal. SBI Card caters to individual and corporate clients with a diverse credit card portfolio, including lifestyle, rewards, travel, fuel, and banking partnerships cards, alongside corporate cards.
