Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nokia to collaborate on research focused on 5G and next-generation technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning. The agreement includes Nokia experts participating in VIT’s academic processes, mentoring students and faculty, and engaging with relevant departments. Key research areas will encompass AI-enhanced communication, Digital Twin, eHealth, and Cloud Technologies among others. The partnership aims to foster innovation through joint projects, hands-on learning opportunities, and continuing education programs.
