The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has provisionally attached properties valued at ₹291.18 crore belonging to International Amusement Limited. The case involves alleged cheating of about 1,500 investors in an affordable housing scheme, amounting to over ₹400 crore. The attached assets include unsold commercial space in Noida’s Great India Place Mall, commercial space in Delhi’s Adventure Island Limited, and leasehold rights over land in Jaipur. The ED’s probe is based on FIRs filed by Gurugram police against International Recreation and Amusement for failing to deliver promised projects and payments to investors.
